A kaupapa Māori, co-design project.

There is so much mis-information about nutrition. How do people navigate the information available about nutrition? What can the health system do better to support people to eat well?

Purpose:

The purpose of this research was to understand the things that make eating healthy easy, and the things that make eating healthy hard for whānau. We wanted to know about where whānau get healthy eating information from and then design and trial a programme that makes it easy for whānau to eat healthy more often.
