Purpose:
The overarching purpose for this project was to empower workers with ownership of relevant and meaningful personal data from workplace activities. The potential in the work is that such empowerment would lead to improved worker engagement and therefore improved workplace safety and wellbeing. To investigate how best to gather and interpret data, there was a need to identify the requirements that workers have for collection, analysis and use of personal data.
